1. THE SERVICE PROVIDER

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Forge Education Group LLC (operating as IT Career Forge), registration number 803452199, and the individuals ('Students') who enroll in our training programs or interact with our digital platforms. Forge Education Group LLC is headquartered at 823 Congress Ave, Suite 400, Austin, TX 78701, United States. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

IT Career Forge provides intensive technical training in the fields of Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, and Network Engineering. Our services include live instruction, access to proprietary virtual labs, mentorship from Marcus Thorne and our lead instructors, and career placement assistance. The specific curriculum, deliverables, and duration of each track are detailed on our training pages and in individual enrollment agreements.

3. ENROLLMENT & ELIGIBILITY

Enrollment is subject to an application process and consultation. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and meet the technical prerequisites outlined for their chosen track. We reserve the right to deny admission based on aptitude assessments or failure to meet foundational requirements. Once enrolled, Students must adhere to our academic standards and code of conduct to remain in the program.

4. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICIES

Tuition fees are detailed during the admissions process. Payment options include up-front payment, installment plans, and qualified Income Share Agreements (ISAs). Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund: If a cancellation is made at least 14 days before the cohort start date.
  • Partial Refund: If a cancellation is made within the first 14 days of the program (subject to a non-refundable registration fee).
  • No Refund: For cancellations made after the first 14 days of the program, unless otherwise required by the laws of the State of Texas or the Texas Workforce Commission.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS & CONDUCT

Students agree to use our digital campus and virtual labs in a professional and lawful manner. Prohibited actions include the unauthorized distribution of course materials, attempts to bypass security measures in our labs for non-educational purposes, and harassment of instructors or fellow students. Forge Education Group LLC reserves the right to terminate access for any individual who violates these standards without a refund.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course materials, including lectures, lab blueprints, custom scripts, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Forge Education Group LLC. Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for their personal educational development. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of IT Career Forge intellectual property is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date technical training, IT Career Forge cannot guarantee specific career outcomes or salary levels. Technical fields are subject to constant shift, and individual success depends on student effort and market conditions. Forge Education Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our programs or your use of our digital platforms.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Forge Education Group LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to currently enrolled students via email. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about your obligations and rights.
